Transparency Goes Both Ways
When you walk through our doors we expect you to be open, honest, and transparent so we can have a healthy and helpful two-way conversation. We know you expect the same from us, which is why we list our pricing and payment terms below. Pricing isn’t always as easy as a number, especially when insurance companies are involved, so if you have any questions on the below please reach out to the Healing Tree Office and we can clarify and answer any questions you may have around cost and processes for payments.

Payment Options
We welcome clients that wish to pay through insurance or self-pay for therapy, and we work with clients facing financial hardships. Depending on your insurance plan, the amount you pay out-of-pocket will vary.
Please call your insurance provider for specific details of your plan and how much you should expect to pay. Every insurance policy is different and we have no way of knowing the details of your insurance plan so we encourage everyone to check with their insurance company before visiting if payment is a concern.
We accept credit cards, personal checks, and cash. Invoices are sent out once a month.
